Anna Minaříková

I’m a Canadian-Czech photographer, working specializing in documentary, travel, portrait, and professional photography.

I was first drawn to photography during university through a photojournalism elective, where I became drawn to its ability to do more than just document moments, but to also amplify voices that aren’t always represented, and share stories that might otherwise go unseen.

When I started travelling and working as a flight attendant, I carried my camera with me across countries and cultures, using street and travel photography as a way to engage with cultures and communities across the world. Alongside this, I collaborated with NGOs to document community-led work and its impact on the ground.

Living in Dubai, I expanded into professional photography, working with individuals, families, brands, and companies on a wide range of projects, from portraits and lifestyle sessions to private events, jewellery shoots, and food photography.

Now based in the UK, I’m focused on developing long-term documentary projects while continuing to take on commissioned work that aligns with my approach to thoughtful and people-centred storytelling.
